The Friends of St. Andrew's Bemerton is a sub-committee of Bemerton Parochial Church Council, and has the following objectives:
With a building the age of St Andrew’s there is always work to be done to maintain it. Over the last few years we have replaced the porch roof and a rotten wall plate, repointed flints on the western wall of the church, and replaced inappropriate hard render in the interior former North door area of the church. In 2012 we installed new heaters and fitted pew cushions. Refurbishment of the iconic bellcote was completed the following year, and our most recent ventuures were the replacement of the interior lighting and refurbihment of the church door.
